There is no charge for making a data protection complaint.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your complaint, we will:
1. Record your complaint and review the information provided.
2. Acknowledge receipt within one month.
3. Verify your identity where necessary to protect your personal information.
4. Investigate the complaint, making appropriate enquiries.
5. Review your complaint through our Data Protection Lead (or another appropriately authorised senior member of staff where necessary).
6. Keep you informed throughout the investigation.
7. Provide you with a written outcome without undue delay once our investigation has concluded.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 calendar days. We will investigate your complaint without undue delay by making appropriate enquiries, reviewing relevant information and taking any other reasonable steps necessary to understand the issues raised.
