Onside Achieved - Congratulations, Alisha!

We're delighted to celebrate the promotion of Alisha Patel to Senior Finance Manager.

This promotion reflects the consistently high standard Alisha has been operating at for some time, and the impact she continues to make across the business.

Over the past year, Alisha has become someone colleagues and clients can rely on, particularly when navigating complex situations. Whether it's stepping into challenging client relationships, managing a demanding portfolio, supporting colleagues across payroll, VAT, management accounts and internal projects, she approaches every challenge with professionalism, organisation and a genuine commitment to delivering the best outcome.

Alongside her client work, Alisha is an active contributor to the wider business. From sharing knowledge through training sessions and workshops to suggesting process improvements and supporting colleagues across multiple teams, she's always looking for ways to make Onside even better.
